Chef Gourd

Instructor: Cindy Trombley       Level: Beginner Students: 15     Fee: $40

Description: We will use acrylic paint and painting techniques to turn your gourd into a chef.  All paint to complete this project will be provided.

Students MUST bring: water container, paper towels, paint palette (can be Styrofoam meat tray or freezer paper), tracing paper, graphite paper, pencil and eraser. Paint brushes (all Loew Cromwell series 7000) 3/8” or ½” angel brush, # 4 or # 6 shade brush, # 3 or # 6 round, 10/0 or 18/0 script liner brush, and 3/8’ or 1” wash brush, any brand.  Small hair dryer.  ¼ yard white cotton fabric for hat.

Students can save $3 by bringing own gourd, must be 12” tall, 23-1/2”round.
