We will be creating a wonderful body with dyes and other embellishments, then we will add hand dyed and natural feathers to a clay face (already mounted onto a gourd shard) forming a marvelous headdress, again embellishing the head with other fine items, we will attach the two pieces together, covering the back with fur or other fibers if you prefer. We will then mount the body to a beautiful base with small gourds and other items to create a complete piece of art. Students should bring scissors, tweezers and a wonderful creative imagination and fun spirit.
