Making Cordage
Instructor: Nancy Gildersleeve Level: All Students: 10 Fee: $27
Description: Learn the ancient art of cordage (rope) making using dried day lily leaves, corn husk, yucca, and other natural materials and trim a gourd with your cordage and other gathered materials. Everything will be supplied for the class but students may want to bring some dried treasurers from their gardens or woods to add. If possible bring an old towel and a small container for soaking leaves.
