Kimono Inlay

Description: We will inlay pieces of paper and metal to form a beautiful , colorful, elegant kimono inside aq gourd. You will be able to texturize the metal if you prefer to enhance your kimono design. We will cover the back with fine Asian material and make a handle from fibers. You will be able to embellish the front of your gourd with other embellishments provided. Students should bring scissors, imagination and enjoyment of colors.
