WORKSHOP REGISTRATION FORM

Please pre-register for classes as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Registrations will be accepted until February 10, 2008 as long as space is available, but many of the classes are expected to be fully booked before the show.

First, you must E-mail to verify space availability, After confirmation We will hold your class reservations for 10 days pending receipt of your payment.
